Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• We currently offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order. Mosilu is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details or unforeseen courier delays.
