Refund policy

At Mosilu, we put love into every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

• We allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product.
• If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose another product by paying the price difference.

Conditions for Exchange

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Charges

• First exchange: Free (we cover pickup & reshipping)
• Second exchange (if applicable): ₹150 shipping fee

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Discounted or sale products are not eligible for exchange.
• Items purchased during special sales may not be eligible unless defective.

We currently do not offer refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
